Recently, a delegation of clients from Tanzania made a special visit to our company to conduct on-site inspections and business negotiations on the procurement project of bulk second-hand loaders. Thanks to the close communication in the early stage, both sides have reached substantive consensus on equipment selection, technical configuration and core business terms. The core purpose of this trip is for the Tanzanian client to personally inspect the actual condition of the equipment to be purchased and finalize the specific plan for the implementation of the cooperation.
Under the guidance of our professional staff, the Tanzanian client conducted a detailed on-site assessment of the second-hand loader and other construction machinery. Customers are particularly concerned about the structural strength of the equipment after long-term use, the actual operational efficiency, the wear of key components, and the working environment of the cab in tropical climates. After a rigorous inspection process, the customer expressed great satisfaction with the quality of the second-hand loader provided by our company and confirmed that it fully meets the material handling requirements in the fields of infrastructure construction and mining in Tanzania.
In response to the special demands of the African market, we have carried out high-standard renovations and enhancements on the key systems of the equipment:
The hydraulic system of the working device: The lifting and tipping bucket cylinders have been thoroughly disassembled and cleaned, and all series of reinforced seals have been replaced. The piston rods have undergone precise repair or coating renewal to ensure powerful lifting, smooth unloading, and no leakage risks under heavy-load conditions.
Transmission system: The torque converter, gearbox and drive axle have been fully disassembled, inspected and cleaned. All vulnerable parts (such as friction plates, bearings and oil seals) have been replaced, and high-viscosity index oil products have been selected to ensure stable and efficient power transmission and agile gear shifting response in high-temperature and dusty environments.
Steering and braking system: Maintenance and updates were carried out on the steering mechanism (cylinder, connecting rod, bearing), and a comprehensive inspection and replacement of key components were completed for the braking system (disc/drum, plate, gas/liquid pipeline) to ensure the safety of operation and braking reliability of the equipment in rough terrain.
Electrical system and cab: Main circuits, sensors, and instrument panels are tested and maintained to ensure accurate data. The cab is thoroughly cleaned, the interior is renovated (such as replacing damaged trim panels), and the maintenance of the air conditioning system is strengthened to optimize the working comfort of the operator in tropical climates.
