Recently, a delegation of important clients from Kenya visited our company to conduct a special inspection and purchase negotiation on second-hand oil tankers and bulldozers. Based on the in-depth communication in the early stage, both sides have reached important consensus on equipment selection (including the volume of the oil tank, the material of the tank body, the power grade of the bulldozer, etc.), basic configuration and core business terms. The core objective of this inspection is for Nigerian customers to come and verify the actual technical condition and refurbishment quality of the equipment to be purchased in person, and to make final confirmations on specific delivery, after-sales support and other details.
The customer highly affirmed the reliable transportation capacity demonstrated by our company's second-hand oil tankers and the excellent terrain adaptability of the bulldozers, believing that their performance parameters and refurbishment quality fully meet the requirements of agriculture, water affairs and small-scale engineering projects in Kenya.
Tank protection and cleaning: Special cleaning and inner wall treatment (such as anti-rust coating) are carried out according to the transported medium (oil/water). Sandblasting and rust removal are carried out on the exterior and high-quality anti-corrosion paint is sprayed. Reinforce the key force-bearing parts.
Pumping and unloading optimization: Inspect and test the oil pump/water pump to ensure that the self-priming and head requirements are met; Optimize the layout of the discharge pipeline to improve the convenience and efficiency of operation; Replace all vulnerable seals.
Chassis and driving safety: Strengthen chassis inspection (frame, suspension) to ensure load-bearing capacity; Inspect the braking system (especially the exhaust brake), tires and light signals to enhance the safety of driving on rural roads.
Applicable configuration: Optional tires suitable for unpaved roads, additional anti-bump reinforcement, or a simple water filtration device (for water tankers).
Power system enhancement: Deep engine maintenance, with a focus on addressing cold start issues; Optimize the fuel system and cooling system to enhance the working efficiency and reliability in high-temperature environments; Use long-lasting antifreeze.
Durability of the walking system: Select the type of track plate (standard/wet/rock) based on the expected working conditions (farm/earthwork), and replace the worn track assemblies and vulnerable parts of the chassis. Strengthen the sealing protection of the guide wheel and the idler wheel.
Reliability of the working device: Inspect and adjust the lifting/tilting mechanism of the scraper, and repair worn tool angles or blades. Completely renovate the hydraulic system to ensure that the cylinders have no internal leakage, operate smoothly and powerfully, and are suitable for long-term operation.
Improvement of the operating environment: Inspect or upgrade the air conditioning system in the cab; Add dust-proof sealing strips; Replace the aged seats and damaged instrument covers to improve the working conditions of the operators.
