Second-hand Excavators Are Going To Be Exported To Loaders

Recently, a delegation of customers from Ghana arrived at our company for on-site inspection and to discuss the purchase of second-hand loaders. During the previous communication and contact, both sides reached a consensus on the cooperation intention and key terms such as the model, configuration and price of the second-hand loader for sale. The purpose of this customer visit is to further confirm the actual condition of the second-hand loaders sold in Ghana and to deeply discuss the specific details of cooperation.

Accompanied by our relevant personnel, the Ghanaian customer visited the second-hand construction machinery in detail, especially the second-hand loader, and gained a comprehensive understanding of the equipment's appearance, operational performance, key parameters and the comfort of the cab. The customer expressed high satisfaction with the equipment we provided and believed that the second-hand loader sold fully met their material handling needs.

In a friendly and harmonious atmosphere, after in-depth exchanges and discussions, the two sides officially signed the cooperation agreement. This cooperation not only marks the high trust of Ghanaian customers in our company, but also lays a solid foundation for the long-term strategic partnership between the two sides in the future.

In terms of key systems:

Hydraulic system of the working device: The lifting and tipping bucket cylinders were thoroughly disassembled and cleaned, all seals were replaced, and the piston rods were repaired or replaced to ensure powerful lifting and smooth unloading without leakage.

Transmission system: A comprehensive inspection, cleaning and necessary component replacement (such as friction plates, bearings and seals) were carried out on the torque converter, gearbox and drive axle to ensure smooth and efficient power transmission and accurate and reliable gear shifting.

Steering and braking system: The steering cylinder, hinge bearings, brake discs/drums, brake pads and related pneumatic/hydraulic circuits were inspected and updated to ensure the safety performance of the equipment for flexible steering and stable braking.

Electrical system and cab: Inspect and repair the main circuits, instruments and sensors to ensure accurate information display; Clean and renovate the interior of the cab to enhance operational comfort.
